Suzan

Suzan has over 15 years experience in the barbering and hairdressing industry.

She has worked in some of the top salons in and around Leeds and Harrogate.

Her initial training was with Saks hairdressing, she then trained to study barbering with American crew.

Extremely talented in all aspects of hair cutting/colouring and styling. 

Everyone who leaves Suzan's chair is 100% happy guaranteed. 

Ian

Ian began his barbering career in his hometown of Thirsk, where he first discovered his passion for traditional barbering and precision cutting. In 1993, he made the move to London, honing his craft over 12 years across three respected salons and building a reputation for quality, attention to detail, and classic style.

In 2005, Ian returned to the North, settling in Leeds. Since then, he’s brought his wealth of experience to some of the city’s most well-known salons, including A Head for Business and 4 Park Square Hairdressing in the heart of Leeds. Alongside this, he’s also spent over 15 years working part-time at Cold Bath in Chapel Allerton, where his loyal clients appreciate his easygoing nature and skilled, reliable service.

With decades of experience and a genuine love for his craft, Ian continues to deliver sharp, timeless cuts and great conversation in equal measure.

Lisa

With over 28 years of experience in the hair industry, Lisa began her career training under a Vidal Sassoon barber, building a strong foundation in precision cutting and classic technique. In 1999, she joined Toni & Guy Leeds, where she expanded her expertise to include both men’s and women’s hair.

Her career then took her to Sydney, Australia, where she continued to refine her skills at Toni & Guy Bondi Beach before returning home to the UK to work as a self-employed stylist. In 2008, Lisa launched her own salon, Ego Hair Studio, which she ran successfully for 12 years, earning a loyal following and a reputation for quality and creativity.

Now part of the Butlers Barbers team, Lisa brings her extensive experience, warm personality, and passion for great hair to every appointment — and she’s excited to welcome both familiar faces and new clients alike.
